Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email info@outpost43.com with your order number.

• Unopened items and defective items: full refund, no restocking fee. For defective items, we cover return shipping.
• Opened, non-defective items: refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped in error.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return.

Clearance items are final sale — no returns or refunds. Gift cards and other items marked final-sale at purchase are also not returnable. Clearance and final-sale status is clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.

• Cancel 7 or more days before the course date: full refund.
• Cancel within 7 days of the course date: 50% refund.
• No-shows: no refund.
• If Outpost 43 cancels or reschedules a course, you receive a full refund or free transfer to another date — your choice.
