All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). We make every effort to display accurate product information and pricing; in the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any affected order. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed.

Clearance items are sold as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Payment is due at the time of purchase and is processed securely by our third-party payment processing partners. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders we cannot verify or lawfully fulfill; cancelled orders are refunded in full.

Course registrations are subject to the cancellation and refund terms in our Return & Refund Policy. Participants must comply with all safety instructions; Outpost 43 reserves the right to remove any participant who creates an unsafe environment, without refund.

All sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local law. We ship only within the United States and do not sell or ship to any person or destination prohibited by U.S. law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outpost 43 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service at issue.
